There is some really nice stuff here that will give you plenty to think about.

I enjoyed it very much. When I write or DM, I always try to give NPCs and places names with meanings from the real world that players can figure out. Just knowing that a name has a celtic origin, for example, gives the players an immense amount of information on what to expect from a city's or NPC's culture.
