					Howdy all!

So I am looking forward to getting more involved with the Canonfire! community and also getting more of my old hand written stuff into electronic format, or in to any format whatsoever.

That said, I would like to create a webpage and know a bit about WordPress, but was wondering if any of you all had any recommendations for a good (free) package to use.

Lastly, as far as the mapping software goes, any preferences out there?

What about Google Docs? You can have your documents as they are, without creating any website for them, and all your players can view them.

Yeah, I may end up using G. docs a bit, but looking for more of a site that I create that can be a portal into the campaign for the players and their characters. _________________ Chris Morris

I never really found one that I liked, so i went with a NAS server setup and assigned my PCs ID to log on when they choose from where they chose. That way I control the files and the access.

We'd be happy to post any Greyhawk related works you have at Canonfire. As to Wordpress it is quite popular to use. I myself use Blogger for my Greyhawk blog, where I dump a lot of content that I don't otherwise share here. As to mapping, well that's a long subject....

OK, so I tried to buy the Profantasy dungeon mapping software, but it is not Mac compatible. Then I tried to buy the Dundjinni package and it won't let me actually pay for it. I have contacted there customer service but heard only crickets.

Any advice? _________________ Chris Morris

					cawdmorris,

Dungeon painter is a free to use program that you could use for now. http://pyromancers.com/dungeon-painter-online/ However, you may want to upgrade later as it is limited, though still effective.

Later

I personally use wordpress for campaign logs and maybe ranting, but all my campaign info is stored in MediaWiki.
