How many of you would like to see my take on the Draconic Imperium of Lynn? I can write an article for that place. I've been wondering about that land, it's perfect as a nation of Dragonborn. Of course, Gary probably had different ideas for it that never seen the light.

The Empire of Lynn originated from a comic book, The Black Moon Chronicles, by François Marcela Froideval, a Frenchman who worked with Gary Gygax in the 1980s. He is a co-author of Oriental Adventures. Gary accepted that the Empire of Lynn would be part of the World of Greyhawk, as was the case with F. Mentzer and Aquaria, Len Lakofka at Lendore, Blackmoor and Arneson, but without any further development on his part.
No Dragonborn in the comic. Humans in the Empire, Dragon Masters (Dungeon 124) and Dragonpriests. Robilar is said to have visited the Empire of Lynn.

What Docjaques said, plus we learn of the Mirrormasters in Expedition to Greyhawk Ruins, and there's quite a bit of detail in Rob Kuntz's The Return of Robilar.
