The characters in my Age of Worms campaign are about to arrive, for the first time, in Alhaster. I've decided to emphasize the "thought-police" element of the tyranny there and will be having all of the common folk—shopkeepers, soldiers, goodwives, everyone—praising Zeech constantly, as though it is illegal in Alhaster NOT to praise Zeech whenever you have the chance.
I'd love to create a big table of praises of Zeech I can roll on during role-playing, and I'd also like to torment the PCs with police attention whenever they forget to praise Zeech. I'm upping the power of the Blessed Angels considerably to make them a real threat to 15th lvl characters.
1) Can anyone suggest some stock phrases NPCs might use to praise Zeech?
2) Does anyone know of a weblink to any real world police-state-jargon I could steal from?

Some ideas:
1) IIRC, the invitation refers to Zeech's post-secession rule as "20 Years of Joy", so start there;
2) Compare Zeech's fatherly reign to the strength and wisdom of Hextor;
3) Bad mouth the Shield Lands and Heironeous.
4) I forget if an orphanage is listed in Alhaster, but there must be one. Have them sing a song that praises Zeech. You're own your own with the lyrics. ;)
5) There was a video game where Kim Jung Un defeats the American Capitalists while riding a unicorn or ki rin. It was actually satire, but you can roll with that. There wouldn't be a video game, but maybe a game? Maybe dolls of Zeech riding something or other that kids can play with?

One thing this list lacks is more explicit shout-outs to Hextor's creed (since Zeech claims to be his Oerthly embodiment), but I haven't had time to dig through Bastion of Faith as yet.
