In another post Ivid and I both mentioned that we had been away from the game, particulary Greyhawk for a number of years. For myself the first campaign world actually was Judges Guild's Wilderlands, but the most consistent in terms of plot, play, and depth was in dear old Oerth, particularly the 1983 box set.

Anyway, life happens and I had graduate school, marriage, kids, moving, career change -- the whole 9 yards. I never kept up with D&D, let alone Greyhawk.

So I am asking if anyone can direct me to links, et.al, that could direct me to timelines, brief (or otherwise) histories, etc. that could enlighten me on the happenings pre-Out of the Ashes, post Out of the Ashes, etc. Thanks.
