The inside cover was a very basic map of the city - with prominant quarters, roadways and structures (fiend gardens, Iuz palace, Boneheart citidal etc. The bulk of the adventure itself concerned a programmed dungeon adventure. So nothing much 'outside' the city if that is what you are asking.
