I'm not aware of a map, but I know there is information on the SoD in World of Greyhawk (box set), Greyhawk Adventures, and of course Living Greyhawk Gazetter.

Sea of Death also talks a lot about the "City Out of Mind."

    Sorry I can't help more.

I, at one time, gave thought to using the Desert of Desolation tombs series in the Sea of Dust. Anyone else actually go down that path?

The original Desert of Desolation series was a very enjoyable set of mods to run. I set them in the Sea of Dust (logically) and tweeked them a bit to suit my personal home campaign. It worked out quite well. The lost city location on the map is far and isolated away enough that you could pretty much have anything there and have it work, though I quite liked the Desert series, as it had detailed a lot about desert travel and such too.

I didn't leverage I3-5 for the Sea of Dust, instead I focused on an amalgamation of I9 Day of Al'Akbar, UK6 All That Giltters, and X4/X5 Master of the Desert Nomads/Temple of Death, along with "Ruins of Andril" from Dragon 81 and Gygax's Sea of Death novel (see Christopher Siren's site @ http://home.comcast.net/~chris.s/bakluni.html#dust for details).
