I realised that this is a long shot, but has anyone developped a deck and possible answer for Greyhawk ?
Just want to minimise the amount of work I have to do for my campaign.
thanks

Not sure where I saw it, but I think somebody did a tarot deck using the Deck of Many Things cards(which are of course based on tarot cards). _________________ - Moderator/Admin (in some areas)/Member -

The recent "Deck of Many Things" was a product release of Green Ronin Games.

Hope this helps.
The "Deck of Many Things" is a unique to Greyhawk card deck, but definitely not a game that a standard fortune teller might have access to like a tarot deck. I remember being rather put off by having my PC experiencing the Donjon card.
About 3-4 years ago, a Ravenloft fortune telling card deck (Tarrokka?) set was released with beautiful B/W illustrations by Talon Dunning thru Sword & Sorcery games (White Wolf). I use these with the Rhennee in place of the Vastani.
Cheers

I don't recall if it was GH specific, but there is an old Dragon mag that addresses the Tarot.

WotC just released Three-Dragon Ante; the witch in Expedition to Castle Ravenloft uses it for divinations (the adventure gives parallels between the Three-Dragon Ante deck and the tarot deck). Here's an article on it.

There have actually been several treatments of the Tarot and Deck of Many Things in Dragon:
- "Deck of Fate" - by Kevin Hendryx in TD 26, page 24
- "Tarot Of Many Things" by Michael J. Lowrey in DM 77, page 6
- "Luck Of the Draw" by Robin Jenkins in DM 148 page 44
- "The Totem Deck" by Neagle & Kliethermes in DM 271 page 40

The Ravenloft Tarokka s available in many forms. The one by Arthaus/White Wolf is easily the most beautiful.
Here's a fanmade version: http://www.fraternityofshadows.com/Mausoleum/Taroka.zip
Here's an online version: http://www.intergate.com/~joneses/michael/tarokka.htm you can even draw cards online!

Actually, what I meant was that a while ago somebody wrote an article on using the Deck of Many Things cards to represent a D&D style Tarot deck. I'm not sure if this appeared in Dragon magazine or was a fan website article, but it was at least a couple of years ago or more. _________________ - Moderator/Admin (in some areas)/Member -

You know what be fun? Make a tarot deck with a GH theme. :) The major arcana alone would be great fun.
