Canonfire!

Years ago, could have very well been during the 3e era of the game there was a small pdf on the WotC website that contained a few magic items. One of these magic items was a Robe of the Archmagi, Suel flavor if memory serves correctly. I have searched over countless google links and the WotC website for this information once again. Anyone by chance have the actual file or a link to where it exists?

I appreciate any insight that can be given.

Doesn't it always happen like this..

I search for weeks for this information and cannot find it any where, the moning after I humble myself and ask for assistance..
