Wanted to Play: Forum Based Greyhawk Game

Hi all-
I've been scouring EN World for a GH based forum game, but only found one that relates to Greyhawk, but with over 10 pages of campaign, I think its too late for me to enter.
Anybody know where to go? Anybody running a Greyhawk game that is looking for another player?

We've floated the offer before. If you have a game and need a forum for it, just ask. I can create it in the Special Projects and Hosted Forums section.

Nice offer ScottyG. It's been so long since I played 1e. Man I'd have to dig out my books. Being that I haven't played a Forum based game, what is there that is done? It seems to me that it would be almost rules light since there would be little dice rolling. But then again, I've never been part of something like it. If rules matter a whole lot, then I'd rather play 3.5. But then it would be nice just to say "My fighter rushes into the room and jumps on the table. What do I see?" without having to worry about miniature placement and Attacks of Oppurtunity. So sure, if you have others that are wanting to play, I'd play in an old skool game. I call Human Fighter...Sakis the Elder....

I’ve been involved in several forum based games. Each one’s a little different, depending on the bent of the individual/group involved. Just like the paper and dice version, some like the combat/loot game, some prefer politics and intrigues. When I run a game I try to accommodate the group. The rules have to be a factor to some extent, but how often they become an issue is usually up to the players.
