Fasten your seatbelts, it's going to be a bumpy night!

Now how am I suppposed to resist checking them every 5 minutes?
I finally had my urge to check down to once or twice a day.

    Om Mani Padme Hum.....
Can you feel it? The Light is coming. It is singing!

Grodog and Grendelwulf. You two only drop in every once in awhile to tease us with something tantalizing. You should be ashamed of yourselves. Tsk. Laughing Cool

    Oh my ...

Didn't even know that particular site existed! Here in South Africa we are a little "out of the loop", I'm afraid.

My curiosity has really been piqued now however!

    Thanks for the Heads Up!

Per the GG webmaster, via John Troy over on ENWorld, it looks like there's not a lot to hope for yet: http://www.enworld.org/forum/general-rpg-discussion/268791-gygax-games-something-afoot-2.html

I really hate to say it - I honestly do! - but I'm not going to hold my breath for this. I've been following Gygax, Kuntz, and various others for years now and I'm "this" close to giving them all up for lost. As a group (and in spite of how much I love the old school writings), I've finally been forced to admit that the "Old Guard" just isn't that reliable when it comes to putting their money where their mouth is.

Sheesh, even WotC has a better record of keeping promises and meeting deadlines, and a far better record of putting books on the shelves. (Yeah, I know a lot of those books suck, but they're on the shelves nonetheless.)

I know this is probably going to tick off a bunch of people, and frankly I wish it weren't true, but one can have only so much patience. When I see the products on the shelves, maybe then I'll be able to hold out some hope - but not until then.

There is truth is what you say, so I can understand your attitude. As individuals they have far too many projects going on at once and nothing seems to get accomplished. Sad

But we'll keep hope alive anyway. Happy

Although . . . "seeing is believing." Wink
