If you're not in a hurry, you could wait for Len Lakofka's upcoming L5 adventure, to be published this year or next by Dragonsfoot. It will have lots of info about Syrul, describing a major temple of her cult in the town of Kroten.

The Scarlet Brotherhood has a lengthy description of Syrul and her priesthood in the style of the 2nd edition Forgotten Realms deity books, only without avatar statistics. It's longer than the LGG description.
Dragon#88 and the Living Greyhawk Deities 2.0 document are the primary sources imho. The Scarlet Brotherhood and From the Ashes add considerable detail and 2E stats for priests.
