If you're not in a hurry, you could wait for Len Lakofka's upcoming L5 adventure, to be published this year or next by Dragonsfoot. It will have lots of info about Syrul, describing a major temple of her cult in the town of Kroten.

Did you see the bibliography section on the wiki?

*Brown, Anne. Player's Guide. Renton, WA: Wizards of the Coast, 1998.
*Conforti, Steven, ed. Living Greyhawk Official Listing of Deities for Use in the Campaign, version 2.0. Renton, WA: Wizards of the Coast, 2005.
*Gygax, Gary, and Frank Mentzer. The Temple of Elemental Evil. Lake Geneva, WI: TSR, 1985.
*Holian, Gary, Erik Mona, Sean K. Reynolds, and Frederick Weining. Living Greyhawk Gazetteer. Renton, WA: Wizards of the Coast, 2000.
*Lakofka, Lenard. "Gods of the Suel Pantheon." Dragon #88. Lake Geneva, WI: TSR, 1984.
*Reynolds, Sean K. The Scarlet Brotherhood. Renton, WA: Wizards of the Coast, 1999.
*Sargent, Carl. From the Ashes. Lake Geneva, WI: TSR, 1992.

IIRC, the fullest write-ups are in the LGG & Dragon article.

The Scarlet Brotherhood has a lengthy description of Syrul and her priesthood in the style of the 2nd edition Forgotten Realms deity books, only without avatar statistics. It's longer than the LGG description.

Dragon#88 and the Living Greyhawk Deities 2.0 document are the primary sources imho. The Scarlet Brotherhood and From the Ashes add considerable detail and 2E stats for priests.
