    Greyhawk 2000/Urban Arcana/d20 Modern

    I've been cooking up an idea using the d20 Modern/Urban Arcan books to create a Greyhawk varian loosly based on the "Greyhawk 2000" article in Dragon #277. Thanks to a couple of friends of mine, I have some nifty ideas cooked up thus far. Anyone who would like to help build the future of greyhawk, let me know.

    I think it'll be very hard to make an universal world like "Future Living Greyhawk". You should spend much time to write this hard "setting". I'll give you an advice. Don't make a second "Shadowrun".

    I'll not help you a lot, beacuse I prefer more D20 than D20 Modern.

    Just out of curiosity, has anyone ever followed up on this idea? I've been fascinated with the idea of a modern Greyhawk setting since I first read the original Dragon article, and I've mucked around with the idea a little, but I haven't had time to do much with it. Does anyone know about any websites or other venues where modern Greyhawk has been discussed?

    There was an "age of steam" issue of Dragon a few years back which has some flavor text incorporating the Ghost Tower of Inverness into a steam-era Greyhawk.
