With the Cat Lord being well documented in the Gord books and various publications, I'm kind of curious about the other Animal Lords, their alignments and allegiances, how they manifest on Greyhawk, and if there is anything I might read over for ideas.
There used to be a couple of them detailed in the wiki and I'm unable to find any source material for an expansion of the various Animal Lords.

A few Animal lords were detailed in the Planescape monster compendiums (I think it was PSMC II). For some reason they made the Cat Lord female! _________________ Never say blip-blip to a kuo-tua

There was a generic animal lord template in the 2nd edition Outer Planes Appendix, Planescape Monstrous Compendium Appendix One (not two), and for 3.x in the Tome of Horrors and Pathfinder Bestiary 3.
By far the best treatment of these beings is in "Kings of the Wild" by Dave King, which you can view here: http://www.scribd.com/doc/109348650/Kings-of-the-Wild
The 2nd edition Cat Lord is female just because that's how Tony DiTerlizzi wanted to draw her. The in-game rationale is that the old male one died in the background to the adventure Something Wild. Ignore that, if you prefer the male one.

I'm sure I've seen an illustration of a male Cat Lord and a female Mouse Lord...was that 3E?

The male Cat Lord reappeared in 3e's Epic Level Handbook. I have no idea where you saw the Mouse Lord.

Ah, I found it. The Tome of Horrors, by Necromancer Games (and reprinted for Pathfinder & Swords & Wizardry by Frog God Games).
