    Need help: Glassmaking in Keoland

Somewhere I found an article that mentioned a craftsman in Keoland who'd discovered how to make sheets of very clear glass. He couldn't make very large sheets.

For the life of me I can't find where I read this. I want to incorporate it into a game I'm running in the County of Ulek/The Axewood.

Anyone know what I'm talking about?
