The Valley of the Mage is a great place of alluring mystery for any campaign. It is remote, tucked into the forbidding & dangerous Barrier Peaks with only one guarded entrance & the residents do not permit intrusions from the outside world. Numerous canonical & fan sources exist to help you decide how to best fit this locale into your campaign. The potential for adventure here is almost endless.

This region is difficult to begin a campaign in unless the PCs are gnomes and/or Valley elves. Valley elves only exist here in the D&D multiverse so it is vital to the background of any Valley elf PCs. It is best used as a destination for campaigns starting elsewhere in the Flanaess. Published accounts can be contradictory so remember to make it your own. _________________ Richard Di Ioia (aka Longetalos)
