So I'm starting a new D&D game and have come home to Greyhawk. The group has almost exclusively generated half-elves and we're going to start the game in the Duchy of Ulek.
I am putting together a little primer together for them on the land and wanted to paste in a nice crest of the nation (I'm a sucker for the bling I guess) and was wondering if any of you knew where I could find a nice, clean image to use.
The only one I have found online is a terribly blurred scan of the original.
Hi. The website that used to present all the heraldry digitized for the LGH campaign no longer works. See http://manray.csuhayward.edu/dany/shields/shields1.html. The page was reportedly called, "Greyhawk Coats Of Arms," but I couldn't figure out how to access a cache of it (if any was made).
It's possible that no such image was made because of the abort of the Hawaii campaign. However, I suggest contacting the digital artist, Dani Castillo, who originally digitized / reproduced these images for LGH. See http://www.lunadreams.com/contact.html.
It's got the Duchy of Ulek, and a bunch of others, too. I haven't been able to track down the original artist, unfortunately, to see if they ever created the others.
@ CF staff: perhaps we should add this to the downloads section?
