Background research help for the Nereid

I am in the process of writing an undersea adventure involving a Nereid. The problem I have is that I can't find the creature stat'ed out in any 3rd Edition D&D material. I have found stats for the Nereid in the 2nd Edition Monstrous Manual and Shipwrack. Since I am writing the adventure from a 3.5 Ed. perspective, I really need to know if the Nereid has already been officially given stats for 3.5 Edition. If anyone knows of such a reference, please let me know.

    Thanks! Smile

    Aeolius instatnly gets Nereid

Leave it to the Grand Poobah of all things aquatic to hit this one on the head instantly, and be the first reply post on the thread.
Good job, Aeolius ... well done.

    As the Theocrat might say:
Be well. Be well aquarium'd. Happy
