This might have been known of for a while, but I didn't see it. Offered as a free download by WotC as part of the 5E Unearthed Arcana article series, you can find the rules for the 5E Rune Scribe Prestige Class HERE. Various applications for the World of Greyhawk, from the Thilonrian Penninsula to the Plains of the Paynims, and everywhere in between.
