Ah, the dangers of self editing *chuckles* I've noted a few other errors on my part as well since I originally submitted this.

In my campaign the full withdwawal of Mak's human forces from the occupied provinces began in early 590CY.

The Night of Long Knives happened on the 25th of Fireseek during the new moon. The new moon being regarded as holy to the orcs of the Gutshank tribe.

The province names used are those used by the LG folks, they have a decent map on their site showing the province boundries.

I'm unfamiliar with the article you mentioned in the Dragon magazine. The tribes themselves were my invention. In my camapigns however each tribe is a product of a larger clan. The clan names I use have been the names provided in the 1e MM for orc tribes. It's a bit difficult to briefly describe orish society as how I use in my campaigns but to sum it up, the various tribes are all affiliated with various large clans. I added a religious affiliation to each clan after someone had brought it up on the message boards here and I liked the idea.

I'm presently working on a detailed CC2 map of eastern Ulek to show the tribal placement and give a look at the lay of the land during the orcish occupation. It's a bit slow in coming however since I'm far from a capable cartographer. I'm also attempting to compile my campaign notes into a detailed description of the region giving various encampments and activities especially in regards to various other NPC's of the region and their individual motives.

    Thanks for your comments.
