I can understand your change for the Pomarj. When the info on Mak and the orcs rising and forming an empire came out I loived it. Later on I was dissapointed by the whole slaver/earth dragon deal when that bookk was released as I wanted the POmarj to be more ... well just not that.
That's what initially led me to the whole thing with occupied Ulek. I wanted a more humanoid horde like thing so began work on this.
In my campaign Nevrash is working towards the goal of splitting with the Empire and Mak and claiming his own domain in the Lortmils but thats a long story...
