Nope. No mre details about the whispering critters. Although someone (who I can't recall offhand) had created a Freezing Mouther to be their source. Me, I never got around to deciding exactly. Or figuring out what else was down there.
As for how it gets to the PC's...I had originally intended it to be on a scroll, included with the other two as part of Relken Nashalla's report on the place. Although it could easily be seperated, and made to be something else that requires tracking down. So, umm, I beleve it's a transcript of his tale that he told to Relken or someone working for Relken. Not that it'd be hard to change it to a narration if you prefer.
