Seeking Meta-Info on the Owners of the Red Serpent

Roger Moore included a few Easter eggs and inside jokes in The Adventure Begins, like Waldorf the Archmage. Remembering Waldorf’s history from Dragon, I know exactly how to run that NPC should my PCs ever interact with him. I’m puzzling over the owners of the Red Serpent Restaurant (F12), a married couple of foreign martial artists named Cevin and Enkar Efstri. Those names appear to be anagrams of Vince and Karen Fister, so I’m wondering if those were real people known to Roger. Wikipedia tells me Roger is originally from Kentucky, and Vincent Fister, Inc. is a moving company with a long history in Kentucky. Any connection? Does anyone have any insights?

-Nice catches. I'm familiar with the first one. I'll have to go back and look at it.
