I would pronounce Tenh like ten, but with a longer "e", not like "teen".
And I always pronounced Duergar du-er-gar, although dwer-gar is probably better.

Those maps are awesome and beautiful !
I wish I could contribute somehow, but I´m not a canon expert.
The Layer structure is very useful, you could use the maps like those provided for dungeon mag ...
