Binders and Vestiges in GH?

How do you all feel about Binders from the new Tome of Magic? Would you let binders in your Greyhawk?
What about the use of Acererak, Dahlver-Nar, Tenebrous and Geryon as vestiges? How do you all feel about the flavor text / advancement of each of their own stories?

Seems like binders are already mentioned, but they're not mundane magic, but really really powerful magic. The fact that the Suel let the Baklunesh go because of one binder is rather significant.

Any specifics on the binder or vestige you speak of?

The Binders are mentioned in the Suel/Baklunesh histories in the Oerth Journals. I cannot recall which issues, you'll have to check the TOCs.
