Human Racial Modifiers

Just read a very interesting question on the official Greyhawk forum, are there, or were there, any racial modifiers for the various human sub-races (ie Flan, Baklunish etc)?

If there arent any, does anyone have a suggestion as to what they might be?

I believe they are only cosmetic differences, so racial modifier would not apply.... (besides reading the material it seems that ther are very few "Pure" racial people in the flaness at all... most are mixed.)

the Rhenee on the other hand had thier own ability score generation system in 1e... which tended to result in way above average scores. so some sort of racial modifiers might be aplicable to them.

The Player's Guide to Greyhawk in 2nd Edition had specific modifiers for characters of a specific racial type.

I can't remember offhand what they were but I translated them into 3.5 mode a while back for my own campaign. No one chose to use them, since they were optional.

I can look for them and post them if you want.
