It seems that ahlissa now deals (even in shadow) with Nyrond and other parts of ex-great kingdom (Solnor compact for example)... So why Xavener did not try extend the windmarch to these countries ? was it too early yet ? ...
It could certainly increase merchandise and money flow...and could please Darmen nobles and Zilchus clergy... mmm ?
As I recall, the old Windmarch utilized dirawein that are now in the contested borerlands or actually in North Kingdom. I believe mention was made of a new Windmarch. Was this in an early LGJ campaign update?
There is a long article about the caravan routes in the Great Kingdom in either the OJ or Best of AOL. I can't remember which or where it is but it goes into great depth and is a great flavour article which mentions the windmarch and dirawein.
We need an index of both on CF! _________________ In more modern times, only Delglath of Rinloru is known to have crafted any items from the stone of this atrocious place. Even masters of the dark arts such as Xaene and Karoolck would hesitate to follow.
