Anyone from Greytalk probably knows I'm not partial to using minis, but this model of a kuo-toan shrine made up by Aaron Sherman for his Shackled City game is awesome, especially the 50' scale statue of Blibdoolpoolp he made out of a barbie and toy lobster. Y'all check it out at the bottom of this page - http://www.ajs.com/ajswiki/Category:Aaron%27s_Shackled_City

Wow! That Bliddoolpoolp statue is awesome! Gives me inspiration to start working on my model of Imix for the conclusion of the Return to the Temple of Elemental Evil (I'm sure I still have at least a year to finish it, they just entered Rastor).

An Imix model? Sweet! Break out the red cellophane! You'll have to put up some photos when it's done.
My favorite line out of Aaron's narrative on the Blibdoolpoolp project -
"You know, there's nothing quite so creepy as taking a Dremmel to Barbie's privates..."
Priceless.

I love minis and I like to make thettings for my minis as nice as the minis I take hours to paint. I use drafting paper and draw and color most of the maps MY pc's use for the BIG encounters. I even go to pet shops and by fish tank decor. Perfect scale for minis. then I saw these pictures and about lost it. this is beautiful and great work. I hope his PCs enjoyayed all the hard work he put into that. Gives me the gumption to try something similar for my campaign. The climactic show down with Tiamat will need me so build a ginormous hellish cave. where is my styrofoam and xacto knife
