A Fortuitous Discovery!

Guess what I managed to find today?

As I was going through the clear out boxes at my local comic store I spotted a few books that bore the AD&D logo on the corner. Low and behold, I had found a set of first edition manuals from the late seventies!

So I soon managed to unearth a Player's Handbook, a Dungeon Master's Guide and Monster Manual I & II.

And I got the lot for five pounds! Happy

Very nice find! Enjoy seeing things from the old perspective, as they once were, and still are for many folks.

The MM2 is one of my all time favorite books.

Yeah, the Monster Manuals do look like the best books there. And they're the ones in the best condition too. Smile I was particulary interested in the bits with the Archfiends in them, and seeing names like Greyon and Moloch which I've only seen in mentions of 'what came before'.
