As I was going through the clear out boxes at my local comic store I spotted a few books that bore the AD&D logo on the corner. Low and behold, I had found a set of first edition manuals from the late seventies!
So I soon managed to unearth a Player's Handbook, a Dungeon Master's Guide and Monster Manual I & II.
Yeah, the Monster Manuals do look like the best books there. And they're the ones in the best condition too. I was particulary interested in the bits with the Archfiends in them, and seeing names like Greyon and Moloch which I've only seen in mentions of 'what came before'.
