Wand of Force

I just got to the end of The Lost Temple of Tharizdun with my players (at least to the Black Cyst) and next session they will come across the treasure within it, particularly the Wand of Force.

Now, what it does is easily converted into 3.5 rules, I just want to know if the item has appeared in any 3rd ed association in a current publication such as Dragon or Dungeon.

if it had been it would have been changed to a rod, undoubtably.... but I am pretty sure that it was not reprinted for either 3.0 or 3.5

I seem to remember a conversion somewhere, perhaps it was an on ENW or on the WotC site??
