I also found reference to the folowing from Slavers:

Chaine Zerenth of Carnake (pg 44)
Lady Esterian Delaway of High Pass (pg 47)
Anasiros the Elfbane (pg 83)

Mark, only Chaine gets mention outside of Slavers; in From the Ashes, and it's basically the same info as presented in Slavers.
