I came across this book on Amazon and in the contents under organisations it has things like:

Church of Pelor
Heirs of Kyuss
St Cuthbert's House

Has anyone used this book in their Greyhawk campaigns? Perhaps using it for a cross-over to real-world Earth or even time-travel to a future Oerth (along the lines of the "Greyhawk 2000" mini-setting in Dragon #277)?

Apparently the book is more of a toolbox for GMs who want to run a sci-fi/fantasy game (like Shadowrun) but the basic premise is that monsters and magic are leaking into Earth from an otherworldly place called "The Shadow."

I've used it, and continue to do so for the occasional foray into time travel and/or alternate worlds. There's nothing directly related to Greyhawk in it - at least not that I've noticed. Still, it's good stuff if you're into that sort of thing. I've long entertained the idea of doing a complete writeup of the setting suggested in the "Greyhawk 2000" article in Dragon #277, and still hope to do so if "someday" ever comes.

Thanks for letting me know. Yes, I do like that sort of cross-over thing. I might seek out a copy :)
