I seem to have lost my password & when I submit to getting it resent to me, nothing ever comes through. It also won't allow me to set up a new one as my email address is already registered
When you registered you should have received a confirmation e-mail with instruction on how to activate your account. If you failed to follow the instruction with 24 hours then that may very well be the problem. You should get an e-mail, usually within a few minutes, that looks like this:
Welcome to Canonfire!!
You or someone else has used your email account (XXXXXXXXX@XXXXXXX.com) to register an account at Canonfire!.
To finish the registration process you should visit the following link in the next 24 hours to activate your user account, otherwise the information will be automatically deleted by the system and you should apply again:
Follow the link you get in the e-mail, follow the instructions, and your account will be created and activated. Be sure you do this within 24 hours of registering.
