Canonfire!

I'm not sure whether it's customary to introduce oneself in these forums or not, but I'm new to the Canonfire Web forums ... so I figured I'd make sure to say "hi."

My real name is Chris, and I've been playing Greyhawk since the Out of the Ashes days. I'm hardly a scholar on the setting, and I find myself having to constantly referring to published material just to keep World of Greyhawk history and geography straight in my head.

I've been on the Greytalk e-mail list for a few months now, but I've been fairly quiet. I've mostly just lurked. Tonight (Nov. 18th) was the first night I attended the Greytalk IRC chat, and since some of the topics referred back to these forums, I figured it would be a good idea to register and start reading. :)

Anyway, so hiya, everybody. I'm looking forward to chatting with you going forward.

Hi Chris! Great to meet you. I have been playing for less than a year and love it. This is one of the best pages to come to for info and good threads. I have actually learned a lot here. Browse the forums, post as much or as little as you want, write up a submission if you wish (heh, something I have yet to do of course), but just enjoy! But Welcome to the community!
