!SPOILERS! Living Greyhawk Gazetteer - Conflicts & Intri

WARNING! LOTS OF SPOILERS!

Does anyone have a clue what's behind all the "conflicts and intrigue"-sections in the Living Greyhawk Gazetteer?

I'll start with a few that I *think* I know:
Missing Querchard - You can find all the info from Dragon Magazines #117, #118 and #119. "Istivin - City of Shadows".
Five desiccated drows - See above.
Azure Prince in South, near Davish River - See Red Hand of Doom. That map doesn't go too well with the map of Sterich, but...

These are the ones that I "know"... That also covers March of Sterich.
Looking forward for juicy hints!!

IIRC, there was one in one of the early LGJs (referred to as "dispatches"), which described a mysterious 2001-like monolith they mysteriously appeared near Greyhawk.

The Sterich ones aside, I thought most of these referred to regional plots to be developed within the LG campaign although I have not done any checking of LG modules to back that assumption up.
