Oh, baby, it just has to be Needfest. The others are totally groovy but, come on, the Feast of Fools? A chance to mock those more fortunate than oneself and get away with it is too much for this Hobniz to miss.
The pompous laid bare, the mighty stripped of power, the weak with strength, the unloved.......well, actually they're still unloved but you can't have it all.
And, did I mention how careless folk are with their purses whilst having fun?

Beer and wine (after coffee) are near and dear to my heart.  Brewfest, hands down. I might be a follower of The Summoner, but during Brewfewst Lanthorn definitely parties with the followers of Olidammara! Besides, as a high school teacher, I have 150 reasons to 'party.'

The sacred days of Sotillion - good food, drink, and company. It's the week of the relief of your burdens in high summer. The smell of jasmine and a free meal in the Garden Quarter of Greyhawk near the Temple of Pelor on Giving Day. Laying in the grass, listening to the cicadas sing with both moons full overhead with the one's you love to celebrate the close of Midsummer's Day.
And if you're wanting more action, accompany a party of elves marking their fabled day of creation, Agelong, to go hunt orcs or perhaps get caught up in guarding your favorite guild's entry in a citywide contest to claim the heavily sought after prestigious Medal of Zagyg.

I recently bought the Age of Worms article on Alhaster (to get back-datable stuff for 577-578). It seems like a freak show at the palace, but the rest of the town is just rough. Rauxes and Edgefield would probably be the same way.
One night in Rookroost and the tough guys tumble...
Edit: I just looked it up. The song actually came from the musical Chess. I did not know that...
