Slavers is your source for all info on these two locations. Basically, Sevant was an adventuring wizard from Furyondy who retired to a tower (Sevant's Tower) he built on the west bank of the Selintan, near it's mouth. The village on the eastern (Sevant's Cove) shore took his name in exchange for his protection. Just before the wars he was killed by a rival wizard, the Black Sorcerer of Verbobonc. It Was vacant until the events in Slavers.
