Does anyone know of a comprehensive list/article of the foods and cuisine of the Flanaess? To be more specific, around the City of Greyhawk/Wild Coast/Nyr Dyv region?

I found an older article from Dragon #271 with some stuff, but it's not exactly what I'm looking for.

I need something with delicacies, dishes, foods, and drink.

There is a Facebook group that simply posts lists of different things you might find in a fantasy setting, though I can't remember the name. I do remember it had lists of food and beverages.

Well I don't have a list, but my favorite dish is roasted duck. We could start making a list with that. I eat it every time I get out of one of those cold, smelly, dirty dungeons, right after I care for my horse (I'm half Baklunish) and right after my time at the Greyhawk Bathhouse (I'm a lifetime member).

There are a few plants that are unique to the Greyhawk setting, some of which are edible.

The other thing to consider is that the Flanaess may have New World fruits and vegetables like potatoes, chili peppers, tomatoes, and maize available that didn't exist in Europe until the age of discovery.

Also, what monsters are edible? Which are poisonous without special preparations, like blowfish? What are the ethics of eating sentient monsters like dragons?

Other than that, books of historical medieval and fantasy recipes should work.

I don't have any recommendations for canon stuff ...
But, I once wrote an article about the Rhennee, in which I did a lot of research based on references found in canon sources, and included some dishes which were likely to be common amongst them ... it might be a launching point (if nothing else) for dishes PCs may encounter near rivers in your game.

It's called "The Laughing Turtle", and there's a section titled "To Please the Palette and Gullet".

I know I have seen at least two references to roast stirge. And one reference to pickled and jellied eels. Mistmarsh ducks are supposed to be particularly succulent. And then there is Old Peculiar Ale where they still debate whether you drink it or eat it with a spoon.

There is a paragraph in Saga of Old City that canvasses the various cheeses of the Flanaess, I believe.

The City of Greyhawk Boxed Set (if you can track down a copy) has a variety of dishes referenced as I recall, including the roast stirge mentioned above. Worth checking out if you can.

Temple of Elemental Evil also has quite a detailed menu (food and drink) for the Inn of the Welcome Wench.

Do not forget yarpick nuts, a delicacy from the Baklunish west and the Eel Jelly, famous in Verbeeg Hill as its signature dish. You may also add the ruby wine from Celene.

Also ... since we're talking about drinks and food ... Temple of Elemental Evil had a list for the Inn of the Welcome Wench that had some specific named drinks and such that are noteworthy. (Dungeonmeister made me think of these when he mentioned Celene Ruby wine, and Flint mentioned it, above)

The short story "The Five Dragon Bowl" in Gary Gygax's collection Night Arrant mentions Keoish amber wine.

In Artifact of Evil, Keak demands "a cold meat pie, Okelard chese of the smoked sort, fruit, and your best wine!" at an inn. Melf has "gruel of groat clusters, crisp herbs, and oakcakes and bumblebee honey, washed down with a mug of blackberry tea" for breakfast.
