I had a thought to posting this as an article. I have the original manuscript without fancy borders. Not really an original work, in fact not at all. Many CF articles went into making this. And many more still are out there to further flesh it out.
I'm wondering if it would be worth contacting ALL original authors to get permission to repost their content.
Bibliography would be quite long. At least a dozen articles were used plus other WoG material.
It looks cool as hell printed and put in a binder with a cover page. Made it up for character role playing. F LN cleric of Pholtus from the Pale. This will give her the NWPs of Ancient History and Ancient Languages Old Oeridian.
Most of the work on Pholtus found on this site is credited to our member "Theocrat Issac." That title was given to Issac by Gary Holian, the owner of Canonfire! for all his work on the Theocracy of the Pale and Pholtus.
Issac rarely visits us here, these days, he's moved on to Pathfinder and the world of Golarion, he's one of their Venture Captains.
As long as you credit him for the work, he won't mind you using any of it. The same can be said for most of the "authors" you find here.
I don't think you'd have to go so far as a bibliography, just a page acknowledging their contribution should be fine: "I'd like to thank so-and-so, and so-and-so . . . for their articles which contributed to . . . " They'll know, as will most readers, which articles you're talking about.
At any rate, welcome to Canonfire!, Rom . . . the home of all things Greyhawk.

OTOH, a bibliography with hyperlinks never hurts if someone wants to go back read the original materal too :D _________________ Allan Grohe
https://www.greyhawkonline.com/grodog/greyhawk.html
https://grodog.blogspot.com/
