I think the Dungeon map is probably closer to the LGG population figure of 4,700
The larger map and detailed write-up are interesting versions but find the wall-placement strange and doesnt make much sense.
the Dungeon map also suffers from strange wall construction as dock areas should be outside the walls not acting as a big hole that attackers could exploit.
Both are vaguely similar so I will check the LGG references again, but the whatabou generator is unlikely to produce anything quite. That 2nd map should, if possible, be added to Rich's Cities of Oerth listing.
