I've pinned down the reason why I can't maintain a job and it's because I hate everybody.
Seriously, you all give me the shits. I don't want to know you, I don't want to talk to you, I don't want to go to the pub with you after work, I'm not interested in the stupid football match and which team is at the top of the ladder or who's stupid hamstring injury is going to prevent them from playing in the night-match, I would prefer it if you'd just leave me the hell alone so that I can do my job properly, unlike yourself who is just a dumb, slack-arse moron, and go home and rant at people on the internet.
Congeniality = employment. It doesn't matter if you are at all competent at your job. In fact, you can be the biggest dead-beat in the store/club/whatever but if you get along famously with the boss and all the employees, you'll have your job for life and probably be promoted to management sooner than everybody else who actually bothers to do their job properly.
Which, of course, makes me hate you all the more. I need a job where I can hate people and remain employed because of it instead of despite it. My turn today. I hate everyone.. My boss, my co-workers, my supervisor. Wish they would get a clue and at least act like thinking people. Instead I have to deal with the idiot brigade on a daily basis and today is worse than usual.
