I think there'a prc called "Fist of Zuoken" in either Complete Divine or the Expanded Psionics Handbook. You can probably use that as a basis for a prc based on Xan Yae. Also, you might want to consider allowing the player to multiclass between monk and cleric of Xan Yae freely without him having to give up gaining further levels in the monk class.

D'oh! I meant that to be a reply to "New Campaign started and Xan Yae", but it started a new thread. What gives? Embarassed
