Gate scroll divination help needed

I'm DMing the Age of Worms for a campaign set at the end of CY 596.

The party, based in Magepoint currently, owes a gate scroll to the Greyhawk Thieves Guild. They approached Tenser, whom they worked with before, but he only agreed to give them such a scroll if the party witch agreed to be geased to stop at nothing to prevent the Age of Worms. (Tenser has a reputation for enspelling casters to perform good deeds.)

The witch, misliking that, has cast the following divination:

"Assuming I won't accept a geas, how can I procure a scroll of gate?"

Given that this spell can only give results achievable in one week or less, what do you think the results should be?

What NPCs from existing canon are even capable of casting gate?
Are there any known NPCs who possess a gate scroll?
Are there any adventures, canon or fan-related, with a gate scroll within the listed treasures?

I'm interested in any ideas anyone might have for how to respond to this divination.

Nevermind, I read 596 as 576.
