The caves are across the river from the city's River Quarter under wooded land. The derro have been living in them for about 100 years and are the primary inhabitants, but sections are also inhabited by meenlocks and hook horrors. There is a pit leading to the Underdark and entrances via a tunnel leading up to the woods and under the river into the River Quarter.
