Dear Canonfire site administrators/article editors,
I apologize for posting this in the "WoG Discussion" forum, but since questions I posted nearly 6 weeks ago in the "Canonfire Help" forum have gone unanswered (and since I have had no better luck getting responses to e-mails I sent even before that), I thought I would re-post them in this more frequently visited forum.
Thanks in advance for your time and assistance!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Hello,
About a month ago, I submitted an article titled "The Forgotten History of the Lorridges" to Canonfire! I have since realized that I would like to make a few relatively minor adjustments/corrections to it. What is the best way to go about doing this?
a) wait for the editors to send me their feedback and make all corrections at the same time?
b) make my own corrections right now, and send the article to the back of the submissions queue?
c) make my own corrections right now, according to (hopefully forthcoming) instructions provided by the site administrator?
I inquired about this in an e-mail to submissions@canonfire.com a few weeks back, but have not yet received a reply (I realize that everyone's got busy lives in the real world, so this observation was not intended as a criticism).
I hope someone can get back to me soon, as I really would like to get on with the modifications (definitely before the article is posted to the front page!), and would be grateful if these modifications did not result in the article being sent to the back of the queue.
Thanks in advance for your time and assistance, and for maintaining such a great website (you folks don't get nearly enough credit for that)...
Cheers! |
