Hi,
I hope this is the correct place. I once ran across an article that listed the names of coins in various Greyhawk states (ex in Dyvers a gold piece is known as a "Sheaf", in Ius it's a "Gold Skull") but there wasn't a listing for coins of the Scarlet Brotherhood or for the Drow (or anyone or anywhere else in the Underworld). I was wondering if anyone knows if there were any published accounts of coin names for the Brotherhood and/or the Drow.

That's a tricky question. I'd say there is no source for these places. Now if I had to guess, Drow and other Underdark races probably use an 'undercommon' coin if any. Since there is trade in the underdark where resources of metal should be abundant I'd wager other items of barter might be worth more than gold.

As for the Scarlet Brotherhood, IIRC in the LGG their coinage is listed as unknown. It would befit their arrogance to use their own coin within their realm. Maybe a new minting of a classic Suel Empire coin. Or...giving their secrecy and reliance on sea trade they use the coinages of all the neighboring nations (Aerdy, Iron League, etc). This way they can clandestinely influence the currency rates, yadda yadda. You get the idea.
