Iggwilv Revealed!

James Jacobs has revealed that Iggwilv will be given the full Paizo treatment in Dungeon #149! Yippee! If you have strong constructive thots on her, write James before it goes to print.

Cheers!

Thanks for the heads up, Skech. I wouldn't call it constructive, but if it were me I'd bill a "Hot Iggwilv Centerfold" on the cover and have a 3 page full color fold out by Wayne Reynolds of her in old crone form. Ha! Psyche! Smile
Seriously, I've been very happy with the Demonomicon entries that James has done so I don't think I'll have anything to complain about.

This is good news! I hope JJ sticks with the lore of Iggwilv set down in the article about the Demonomicans themselves (can't recall the ish #). I also hope they make her a CR worthy of a quasi-deity-mother of a demi-god.

JJ hinted that she would at least be on par CR-wise with the demon lords previously detailed in the Demonomicon articles.

She should be approximately equal to Graz'zt, considering their battle was essentially a draw.

Her CR could be lower than Grazz't's though, as the right spells make her more than a match for a more powerful demon lord. Still, I like a powerful Iggwilv.

She would be more powerful. Let us not forget Graz'zt is much more intelligent and clever so he could use lesser powers to better means, no? Question

I'm mostly interested in what he does, if anything, with Drelzna. So much potential. I'm afraid my expectation will be VERY high.

I wonder what classes she will have?

I think Iggwilv is a sorceror/fiend blooded/archmage or something like that (Fiend blooded is from Heroes of Horror btw). Plus she'll might have some special Conjuration abilities or something.

Or at least that's how I would build her. For all I know they might be building her with levels of outsider or something.
