One article I submitted to CF was about a white dragon raising an army against humanity in the area of the Frost and Snow Barbarians. Here the link:

There was the adventure for LG, "The Fright at Tristor",
ofLiving Greyhawk fame, that dealt with a white dragon and him rising an army to invade the pale.
Could this be related?

I googled a bit, but found nothing.
