Rary the Traitor

Hi-
I just acquired a copy of Rary the Traitor, and noticed that several of the maps are missing (Maps 10, 11, & 12). All the pages are there. It seems like they were just left out...

Does anyone know if these maps exist anywhere for purchase/download?
