Does anyone have any canonical info on these elves? Are they described in a source book? I seem to have misplaced my LGG and my google-fu isn't finding a lot.
The only canon reference I could track down is in the unpublished but readily available Ivid the Undying (pp.74-75) in the entry on Darnakurian's Doom. This doesn't give much but seems to indicate they are guardians of olven lore and of the ruins now called Bitterness although seemingly this is a facet of the first role really as I read it.
"Silverbow" is a reference to Sehanine Moonbow, the mystical patron of the elves of the Lendore Isles. I think the Silverbow Sages are simply wise sages of the elven race dedicated to Sehanine.
They might well be the same thing as the People of the Testing, or at least a branch of that organization dwelling in Lendore.
